Kenya: Kenya Met Warns of Flash Floods in Nairobi and Surrounding Counties

Heavy rainfall is expected to continue across the Nairobi City County region, with the peak of the current wet spell scheduled between March 4 and March 7, according to the Kenya Meteorological Department.

In an advisory released on Wednesday, March 3, the department also warned of sustained showers and thunderstorms across Nairobi during the same period.
