2027: AAP challenges INEC to provide CTC of judgement mandating it to register NDC

The African Alliance Party, AAP has asked the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to provide the Certified True Copy, CTC, of the court ruling that mandated it to register Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC, as a political party.

AAP said it was still in shock over INEC’s refusal to register it alongside the two political parties announced last week.

The AAP said that its investigation at the Federal High Court in Lokoja, Kogi State showed that there is no CTC of the purported court judgement.
